What is the point of having a board if someone gets banned for bumping an old thread that is still relevant?

Now, doing stupid shit like bumping a bunch of old threads just to be a pain in the ass is another thing. Same as starting a bunch of threads using annoying thai alphabet letters.

Only thing that gets you banned here is making a thread about bumping old threads.
