Looking For Sub Studio Partners
 

I hope this post is in the correct forum. I am looking for GFY members or someone they know to refer models to my site. I cannot seem to get girls without there already being girls online- what a conundrum and catch 22 problem. I will open a sub studio for interested managers, and pay you 65% every two weeks plus the 10 days to clear with ccbill. Please ask any questions, and if they are too technical I will have my webmaster respond.

That is for models who are not referred by a studio manager.

You are never going to keep any models on your site without massive traffic.

You should already know this.

I know what my Alexa rank is. We stopped advertising when it became obvious we could not maintain a model base on our own

I have great Adwords campaigns setup. I just have not released them until we get models- hence my catch 22

OK. Let me help you out. Before you try to enter one of the most difficult, expensive, and competitive areas of the adult industry, do TONS of research. There have only been 1 or 2 *EDIT* -NEW-cam sites that have made an impact in the past couple of years and they were backed by massive traffic and $$$$$$$$$$$$

If your Alexa rank is in the millions, you need to just stop. please, just stop.

thanks at least for a verbal response. I can easly drive up my ranking with just massive amounts of traffic coming to a site with few models- seems like an expensive way to get a better ranking. Is that was you are proposing?

You seem like a nice person so I don't want to be harsh. Its really simple. Unless you have MILLIONS of daily unique visitors you are never going to have more than 1 or 2 models online and those models will quickly leave for a better site when they realize they can't make decent money.

You are better off partnering up with a big player like Streamate, getting a white label/co-brand and setting up models on your own studio account :2 cents:

Thanks for the compliment. I really don't want to go the white-label route.For me at least, there is greater satisfaction trying and tryingggggggggggg to make this work as an indedpendent. There are white-label clones all over just like dark stars in the universe

You should listen to these guys before you throw good money after bad. BTW, no idea of the origin of your handle, but I sold the dot com of frottage to someone a few years ago for a substantial profit.

Thanks for your input guys, Ijust wish it were more optimistic. I could have gone the white-label route years ago, but I choose to try to do this a different way. What I am looking for is constructive advice from people who have been doing this for years, as to how i can make this happen.
There has to be a place for someone who wants to go it alone.

Nobody is going to give out great tips in an open forum, but I will tell you this.

Forget all the talk of Alexa rankings, Alexa doesn't matter a toss, what you need is SPENDING members. That is the most important thing that will get performers attention.

Alexa doesn't mean shit usually but you need traffic to get spending members. His Alexa ranking is over 3 million. That speaks volumes to me.

I can get plenty of traffic. I was just waiting till I got some viable girls on. It appears to get the traffic, so the girls will see the site has a decent Alexa ranking, I will have to advertise for members to a site without girls lol. Hence, my conundrum:1orglaugh

We do the backend programming for Steve and they are great to work with! Always pay promptly and correctly - They are worth a shot :) Doesn't hurt to put your girls on another site for some extra potential traffic.

I have been doing internet marketing for 13 years and this forum post is the first time I've heard that only the big companies can survive online. I've always thought the internet was the great equalizer. Maybe someone should've read this post back in 1999 at a small search engine called Google with only a simple search box (when Yahoo was search and the internet per se) to learn that they could never topple the giant?

Having worked alongside Steve and his team for a very long time its fair to say that he has always shown commitment and vision and whilst the bigger Camsite players seem to have most of the market - I feel Steve has offered a more personalised site dealing directly and personally to those working on the site. Getting reliable models is perhaps key and this is perhaps true across so many aspects of the industry and certainly in the UK, there appears to be a "wishy washy" approach to making money from many so called "Adult Professionals". We have always supported Steve and LCCG and believe the personalised approach may be key with the right models. Not likely to topple MFC or similar high end sites, but for a small - on a budget team, well done & we will continue to support where needed just in case its the next big thing! :cool-as-a
