Namecheap isn't free past the first year but it is still pretty cheap after the first year.

Fabulous.com if you dont want to use webair ;)

internet.bs is free privacy for life. Name.com has free privacy with coupon code PRiVACYPLEASE.
|
NameSilo.com includes free WHOIS privacy, with no coupons needed. Decent prices too.
|
Shouldn't you be looking at the grand total? $10 + $2 for privacy might be cheaper than $15 with 'free' privacy....

I'm moving all of my domains over to internet.bs from namecheap. Free whois protection and clean, fast admin interface plus they are located offshore.

They don't take Paypal though which is a pain in the arse. Also their prices for .cc and some other extensions is way higher than what I'm currently paying. |
Fabulous.com is probably the best of the ones that offer it completely free, BUT my experiences with them as of late haven't been as good as they used to.

They have catch all email forwarding which I like. ResellerClubs catchalls don't work. I just checked their renewal fees $9.35 for .coms which is higher than I'm used to paying. |
