Quite disappointed in Naught America
I love Naughty America, Have done for ages, made a lot of money with them (not any more sadly) but recently their iframes went down and old links didn't redirect. I notified them of the issue 2 weeks ago and they said they would fix it. (notice both external problems, nothing to do with me)
It didn't get fixed. I got very angry yesterday with Scott and half an hour later the issue was fixed. Go figure?! Granted I was rude, but hey for broken links after 2 weeks who wouldn't get annoyed. I asked for compensation and got nothing when I have been wasting traffic. Brazzers gave me compensation in a similar issue. Scott said this was because they were losing money as well. Yes clearly it was my fault their system broke.?! I don't feel angry, just seriously disappointed. Whoever is running stuff over there needs to get shit fixed and organised. What do I expect? A thankyou would have been order for actually notifying them of the issue, fixing the issue in a reasonable timescale (2-3 days??) and paying me a little compensation. Really Really disappointed. Scott, Molly Sorry guys, I'm fair and reasonable, but 2 weeks is a disgrace and to be treated like this, unbelievable. |

really im not annoyed, just fucking surprised. These used to be the coolest guys with the coolest program. Lots of respect for them but wow.

Made a few bucks with them and Scotty is always fast on email, sorry to hear about your troubles. The same issue repeated would definitely be annoying, good luck on getting it resolved now that you have placed your gfy technical support ticket.

They should also fix their gallery and clip exporting tools.
Those give all duplicated, don't let you choose if you want mobilebor not, etc... Really annoying, you have to export and then spend hours and hours making things right to be able to import to your blogs, tubes, etc... |
anyway, im not one to dwell on shit.
in summary: links and frames broken > i notify them > after 2 weeks of emails i get angry > issue fixed (half an hour later) > no thanks/apology/compensation. i guess things have changed after dealing with Mark and Andreas. |
Seems like maybe they overextended themselves in launching the new sites this year.
