WPMU DEV also has a plugin like that. Neither has a CCBill gateway, unfortunately.

Ccbill charges 15% per transaction so i kind a dont see point of using them anyway.

Oh and btw using paypal is using middleman too.Unless you have your own merchant account but that's not available for everyone.

Kickstarter charges about that when you use them. I'd be fine with that instead of worrying about having my paypal account yanked.

There are free donation plugins for WP. This one seems on a bit pricy side for the little job it does.

Kickstarter is usa only one way or another.
