Need something for foreign traffic
 

I have US/UK/Canada/Australia traffic that is converting pretty decent which I have found places for. However, I have a ton of foreign traffic as well and no clue what to do with it. I have tried a few different places without it converting real well. My Asian traffic is now being divided because it converts well also.

The other countries is just a wide mixture so if you have any ideas or anything that can convert for foreign traffic let me know. Right now its just going to waste so will give almost anything a try.

I am just seriously at a loss of what to do with it. I have had 50-60 foreign signups and usually have anywhere from 5-20k per day. But the signups haven't converted so need to find something that will.
