Hello all! I was pointed this way by a friend who is neck deep in affiliate business (mainstream, not adult) and I wish I'd heard about the site sooner.

Barbarian Babes is a unique sort of place- with our golden apple being huge flash games centered around everything from gladiatrix combat to sex wrestling, lesbian cowgirl shootouts, nuns vs. demons and spacebabes; our site is like catfight meets x-rated action comics. Mostly 3D animated some analog art, photos and videos as well.

We are doing fairly well and on a good day can convert 10 signups but I think we could do a lot more business with more exposure- Our product is high quality and not really represented anywhere else. We've been around since 2004 and grow every year but the pace could be faster IMO. we're sitting @ around 300 subs atm.

I have some idea how affiliates work, but this is for the most part new to me, so I'll be lurking around here and hopefully soaking up knowledge. :pimp

Any tips for first timers is appreciated!

First thing you need is a new site tour. something that is less confusing and gives direction to the site.

+1 on that, I also wanted to get some sort of preview of what's inside the members area but found it hard to find.

Welcome, you certainly seem to have something different. I agree with the others about your tour, I really couldn't tell what the sites about by looking at what you have now.

I like fandom sponsors, but don't promote Verotel. Too bad you don't have a CCBill or Epoch program.

we got grandfathered in at only 11% with Verotel, from what i hear that's unheard of nowadays for adult sites?

Thanks for the tips all! i keep working on the homepage and maybe it's the animated gifs but since our latest rehash our weekly signups have basically tripled :upsidedow

an affiliate guru told me to shoot for 5th grade attention span lol... i'm hoping that's good advice and we're trying to incorporate that

maybe i should add an "about Barbarian Babes" section? we have SO much free content (under almost every heading) that i didn't really want to add more content as a tour... but i suppose i could work one up if that would help.
