We are a 11 year old subscription based company running dating and social networking sites in different niches. We are starting a smoking hot new website and we need your help to get the word out.

Responsibilities include:

Promoting our web site
Researching and qualifying websites online
Networking by phone and email
Creating partnerships between our sites and similar companies
Chatting with bloggers and others to create buzz
Establishing a presence in targeted online communities
Promoting our brand as an authoritative source of information via social media channels
Develop advertising and search engine campaigns, track and analyze their effectiveness, and make recommendations for improving campaigns.
A/B test emails, landing pages, and banner ads to optimize response and conversion.



REQUIRED SKILLS:
? Strong knowledge of internet marketing, traffic generation, SEO
? Strong knowledge of email, banner, and PPC advertising
? Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and web analytics
? 4-5 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives
? Proven success growing customer base through online marketing/lead generation campaigns you've conceptualized, implemented, and managed
? Proven ability to work in entrepreneurial environment
? Outstanding communication skills
? Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, analytical, creative, sense of humor

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Advanced Excel
Analytics tools such as Google Analytics

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Management or relevant fields.
