Transfering contacts from Galaxy S2 to S3 (new card) ?
 
What's the easiest method?

Just got my new S3 today and I can't fucking play with it as it requires a micro card which I do not have in my S2 .. so I have to wait like 2-3 for it arrive

But man this a beautiful phone..

I lost all my contacts when I upgraded to ICS/CM9 recently.. I'd backed them up with Titanium Backup and was able to restore just fine to froyo/gingerbread, but when I went to ICS they wouldn't restore.

So I'd definitely recommend you save all your contacts to your google account (I think by exporting to CSV and importing) so that you'll still have them on the new phone.

GOOGLE Backup.

Not sure what service you are using, but I can put my SIM card into any Phone and it will bring all of my contacts from my google account to it.

You said Micro card, I assume the Micro SD card, that is mostly for storage of Photos and apps.

I had a friend that had Sprint, and did not use a SIM card, he downloaded the google backup I am talking about, and when signing into the new android phone, which was required to have a google account, it updated his contacts!

If you use Googles built in apps, it does it all automatically.

I always put my contacts on the sim card.
On your SG2 click contacts to get your list on the screen. Then hit the menu icon next to the home button and choose import/export..

The S3 needs a Micro SIM card, if you save all your contacts on your SIM card they are lost. Easiest way is to store them in your Google Account.

Got my S3 two weeks ago, it is really awesome!
