SEO Wheel to Post to Site?
 

A SEO service is offering to make a link wheel to a post about a site for free if one where to place a minimum order. The provider claimed this is 10x more effective (Then what I'm not sure).

I'm not really up to date on the latest SEO stuff, but I would think most of the SEO Juice would flow to the post not my site.

Can someone explain how this works to me?

If I get it right, I will tell you that link wheel can be effective. But only when you do it in big. Do not forget that its also important to build links on subpages of your website, not only on your homepage. It looks more natural. You are right, link juice will flow to your post. Your homepage etc. could benefit a little too.
