She was charged this week with driving under the influence in Orange County after wrapping her car around a light pole in Westminster. The actress was charged Monday with three misdemeanor counts, including driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, having a blood alcohol level over the state legal limit and driving on a suspended license.
