What browsers work for admin.ccbill.com ?
It won't work for me in Chrome (currently 20.0.1132.47 m) nor in Firefox (13.0.1).... I end up having to use IE which is very irritating; as I never use IE I still have the default IE6 on this PC which is so painfully old.
I can't believe they don't support modern browsers so maybe I'm doing something wrong - does it work for others in a modern browser. Or am I going to have to upgrade my IE just for this!? When I say Chrome/FF don't work I mean I can login, get to a report, click the "lookup" button and nothing happens, after ages it finally times out but I never get a report. In IE6 it works in two or three seconds. |
i have given up trying to look at my stats in all browsers

Is this the client system or the affiliate system Hony?
I only access the client system but I use IE9 and it is fine except when my password expires and the in IE the box is greyed out and you can't enter a new password or pass it. Then, I switch to chrome and can update password. I reported this to ccbill about 2 years ago and they said "we know of this bug" and last week it was still there, so pretty much par for the course with ccbill really. |
i use ff and it works gr8

Which version of FF works? I'm looking at the affiliate section.
Generally speaking I've given up on all programs using ccbill as a) I never earn anything and b) I can't even do basic research to work out ratios and stuff. But I thought I'd have another try. I guess I shouldn't have bothered. |
ccbill admin is fucking fail, and they refuse to fix it :( hating it, such a waste of time everyday checking stats there :(
|
They say IE but it works great on FF for me. Sometimes member lookup lags and lags though. That's the only feature I use as I can get numbers from NATS.

I have no problem with affiliate or the client admin on chrome. Mostly I use Safari but they both work.
|
I used Chrome for awhile and finally just switched to FF. Much, much better.
|
i use firefox and its work
|
the reports will load eventually, in the client admin when you see the ccbill logo in the window its loading, if not keep hitting the button to reload the report, in the affiliate admin you need to keep hitting it until the loading message appears, in either if its blank its not loading... it is fucking annoying, i honestly can't see why they can't fix it, it must be some sort of load order that is the problem, shouldn't be hard to fix.
