For those who are unfamiliar- Chaturbate pay $1.00 for every new registration in Tier 1 (List of countries Section G http://chaturbate.com/terms/)

All the user has to do is sign up, enter a username and password, and you get paid. No e-mail verification, no credit card, and e-mail is optional.

ads dont show on 1st click. plus a user has to upgrade their membership from free to paid to get rid of ads in which affiliates get 20% of the sale for lifetime of the user.

If I make a Chaturbate blog, would I be able to put in an input area for email and password to sign up in the sidebar instead of having them click on a link?

Which means that the change to lose the free user before he sign up are very big for affiliates

Yes they stopped in 10 April 2012 as general offer and continued it only to selected affiliates (i.e. did not renewed non converting ones). I see they go by email and check site by site now, and this make sense not to allow this to everyone. In fact after 10 April our program (and I assume crackrevenue's and few others too) got lots of ex-chaturbate pay per free affiliates seeking a replacement - we signed everyone and believe me some their traffic creates just 1 pay user every thousands free signups we need to pay them, no wonder these affiliates don't go revshare or pps. At same time it is understandable why affiliates with paying users traffic will dislike pay per free method - traffic it is not created equal at all. Just to give an example, pay site member areas traffc, wished there's more available, they're an 1:10 convert.

They get 50% except filipina they are paid 30% only for some not-so-clear reason? "from 28 March, chaturbate pays filipina models 3 cents instead of 5 cents each token"

rev is way better than $1 sign up

I think some people might prefer the quick turnaround of the $1 sign ups. Everybody's business model is different.

I received an email a while back which stated they were switching me back the $1 PPF. I guess it's nice to have a choice at least.
