It's amazing that they still trot him out in his condition.

Truly sad to watch the decline of the greatest boxer in history. Each time I see Ali he seems to slip further and further away from us.

Good to see him once again make it to the Olympic ceremonies, though.

I remember listening on the radio to his fights when he was Clay. We probably listened to them all.

Have seen him at the airport a few times.. nice guy. Still happy to talk you if you can get around his entourage/caretakers.

It was hard seeing him in such poor shape. :(

maybe not funny in the topic, but sure right, saw documentary about one of his fight, it was like 1980s, and he was already pissing blood ... sport isnt sometime that healthy as you can read ... :2 cents: but what is? :)

I almost couldn't watch.

Imagine hitting that level of greatness and then gradually deteriorating into a mere shell of your former self, dragged around like a puppet for others to look at.

Greatest of ALL time.

Ali is old and suffers from Parkinson. None of the two have anything to do with his sports career. And even if that would be the case, he could be proud of it. He was the greatest and a true HERO for Millions.
