So im starting up a VIP membership option on one of my webpages, My old company is over and I have not started a new one yet, Can I use a payservice without having my company? IM starting a new one up within short, but need the payservice before...

You should be able to sign up to probably most of these services as a sole proprietor (in the US. It might be called something else or non-existent depending on what country you're in), meaning you can just use your name as the "official business name".

Be careful going the sole proprietor way.
By doing that, depending on the legislation, you can be responsible for any business liabilities with your personal assets. Personally, I would not risk that.
