Romney.........Really?

:2 cents::2 cents:I am suprised by the number of posts by people of middle class means who support Mitt Romney. His plans to increase tax cuts for the wealthy to unprecedented levels while rasing taxes on the poor and poverty stricken is unconscionable. We have gone through 30 years of supply side economics and have seen the middle class decline, the poverty level increase and wages of average americans flat line. This has caused the middle class to abandon savings and increase personal debt to maintain their quality of life. The wealthy however; have seen their income increase to levels not seen sense before the great depression and their wealth has grown to similar levels as well. If lowering the top marginal tax rate 15% over the last 30 years has contributed to this class disparity, why would anyone think lowering the top rate another 15% would fix the middle class woes. It's like drinking 5 beers and saying, I have a buzz so I better drink 5 more to sober up before I drive home. Not only will it not work it will lead to an eventual crash. We need to realize the wealthy care about their wealth not the middle class. If we want to grow the middle class then lets support those who look to apply the principles that created the largest expansion of middle class america in our history from the 50's through the 70's. I would close by saying that this is not class warfare, it's common sense, what is class warfare is what has been going on for the last 30 years and Mitt Romney is looking to escalate it to new levels.

Anything over $250,000 should be confiscated. Problem solved!!

While I strongly disagree with Romney you have to be insane if you think raising taxes on anyone especially business is going to keep jobs here. :2 cents:

Agreed. Mitt sux.

There is NO GOOD REASON for an honest man not to release his tax returns. He says he pays "a lot" of taxes, and he's always bragging about his business acumen. He should be in a RUSH to show the returns, right?

Fuck Mitt. :321GFY

Raising taxes on the top bracket CAN lower unemployment. There have been tons of public sector jobs lost due to budget shortfalls. So tax the rich pricks like Mitt who stash their American-made fortunes offshore, while cutting taxes for the working people. We can then hire back the teachers, cops, firefighters, social workers, and construction workers that got laid off (jobs). As a result of lower taxes (because the rich will be paying their fair share), the working folk will have more $$ to spend on stuff - which creates demand (jobs).

Bill Clinton raised the top tax rate. It works. These bastards are getting away with financial murder.

Funny! Thanks for sharing.

It's true. Mitt never even KNEW a working person. He was born a millionaire.

Plus (I'm sorry) - his wife is a c-word.
