How to find a cameraman ?
I want to produce adult-fetish-bizarre-femdom movies. So I need a good cameraman ( no amateur ), open mind in crazy fantasy. But most important is, that he understand the newest camera technic, has experience and films in best quality.
Locations: London, Prague, Budapest
I was looking for content, but it is not possible to find good movies with my ideas, so I must produce my own.

but serious: I tried this, but here in this forum are no cameramen or photographers.

So I ask for a special cameraman-forum ( problem is, that serious cameramen dont like bizarre adult subjects ) or any other advices.

I don't know about Prague or Budapest, but in London there are cameramen for sure. It's a really big city and people work in biz there. Just spam forum a bit more.

Try asking CurrentlySober, he lives in UK and was/is working with camera, maybe he can recommend somebody to you. Try also asking DaMalton for people in Czech Republic.

To find a camera man or assistant is harder to find than models.

I have all the professional equipment; so maybe alternatively, someone without their own equipment, but with experience, is also welcome.

Same problem, it is more difficult to find good men-models than girl-models.

For my project now in October-November I have found a cameraman.
Next project in January 2013.

What type of the videocamera for the shooting ?

Look in film academys.

- They are up to date
- Mostly they are cheaper.
- If you tell them you have more jobs than they will give a lot more effort.

The problem is that most dont like work in porn-adult biz.
And in bizarre-SM it is even more difficult.
So the person-cameraman should be open mind and understand the fantasies.
But more important is to understand the camera for best results.

I am not a cameraman. But I have the equipment and try to learn.
First steps with DSLR-Cameras are very difficult.
Now I buy new Canon C500 and it is much more easier. But I miss the Autofocus.

Yes I am more editor. And alone it is not possible or very difficult to realize good results.

I tried to cooperate in Europe / Czech/ Brno with some agencies,photographer and producers. But in Brno there are only criminals and scammers. They promise all, take your money, and do nothing.


Money is not my problem. The problem is to find good cameraman and serious production help.
I think a good camera is just as important as a good cameraman.
