Get stranded on jet ski, swim 3 miles = criminal tresspass
 

LOL you just can't make this shit up..

This guy is out drinking with friends on jet skis. He gets separated from his buddies and his jet ski breaks down. He swims 3 miles at night climbs a 8 foot security fence and manages to get past a multi million dollar security system at JFK airport. Makes it across the run ways to a terminal to get help but gets arrested for criminal trespass.

Might have ended differently if he wasn't drinking.

I would think swimming three miles would sober you up pretty fast. I get what you are saying though. Not too smart to drink on a jet ski to begin with.

So much for JFK's security.

What are you saying? That it's perfectly acceptable that he violated security at a national airport? It's not like he was in danger or anything, and I'm guessing it was pretty clearly labeled as a high security area. Just because his jet ski broke down and just because he swam three miles... Doesn't justify breaching security at an airport.

It's not like he had to pass all the warning signs and go over the fence. On one side was water - guess what? Keep walking and you get to the front side where you don't have to pass endless security notices, planes on the runway and endless warnings not to trespass

What's scarier is that he was able to break all law and only until he notified a Delta employee was he busted.
