So I have been playing with the idea of creating a venture capital community, where someone could get money from a collective of investors. The investors would be regular people, submitting $20 or $30 dollars into the collective investment pool. Then they would be able to invest their money into different businesses they feel could possibly give them the best return on their money.

Not sure how I would go about it, but does anyone think this would be a good idea?

That's not a venture capital community, that's closer to a crowdfunding community (ie. Kickstarter, indiegogo)

But in adult we have not... except when there's a cam site and a girl say needs crowd funding of $200 to show pussy, then a collective of guys will tip $5 to $10 each to reach the $200 goal.

So I have looked at kickerstarter when I was dreaming up the concept. From what I can see kickstarter doesn't really act as an "investment" vehicle, but more like a donation platform sort of kinda.

What I was think would be a funding community where the members could pledge a one time investment, or a recurring investment, and would get sometime of return on investment. In order to get the funds from the platform, Stock would have to be issued to the community. Or something like that.

As stated above, not new. There's plenty of crowd funding sites and whatnot. Also, you might want to look into the angel list... www.angel.co ...been around a while now.

Damn it man! Have you been listening to my thoughts? I was going to invent a product like that and call is Hairbee. I would have made a fortune since I would have been the 1st to come up with this.. Now I have to scrap the idea.. GRRRRRRRRRRR!
