Collections agencies going after bogus chargebacks?

Are there actually collections agencies who go after surfers who do fraudulent chargebacks?

I remember talk of them previously, I need to speak to someone about going after some scamming surfers.

Let Visa or MasterCard find out about something like that and see how long it takes to lose your processing. As part of your agreement to accept cards you also accept the right for customers to charge back.

Yes however as part of surfers agreeing to our terms and conditions they agree that they must pay for our live cam model's time.

You're right. I'm sure you'll win every argument with Visa and Mastercard,... particularly since they've sent reps to shows and informed the entire industry that its irrelevant to their bottom line and nothing more than a pain in the ass for them.

I guess we should just ditch them then and go with one of the many alternative solutions then like, um, o shit I guess there really isn't anything.
