I think they would be go to war in next month because of The Senkaku islands .China says The Senkaku islands is an inalienable part of Chinese territory.but japan says that belongs to them.

now, the emotional issue have boil over in China, where protests have already taken place and Internet forums are full of anti-Japanese rhetoric.

We used to have and I think we still have a treaty with Japan that requires us (the USA) to defend Japan if it is attacked by any country which would include China.

I for Japan, they Technology in front of the whole planet and they have such a small territory.

US is prodding this along because they want Japan a part of the new FTA's. And, chickenhawks in US are itching to knock China back to the stone age. SE Asia will breathe a deep sigh of relief when China gets knocked down a few pegs. No, China, no debt.

I also don't believe it would simply be a China/Japan war. That maritime region is important. Many allies of both countries would be involved.

I seriously doubt there will be any war, China likes to flex their muscles all the time. They are constantly making threats aimed at Taiwan, firing missiles close to them all the time to try and make them a part of China.

The ignorant must understand that China "owned" the island before Japan invaded it and took it over in WWII. From a historical point-of-view, China has precedence over the island since they were the first to claim it. Although, since WWII China has not tried to re-claim the island, technically "giving it up" to Japan, even though Japan lost the war. China had their chance but they did not take action. Therefor, in my opinion, it belongs to Japan. :2 cents:
