New sites, need ads

We have a few new sites with some decent traffic. The ad spots are not being monetized very well. Who offers iframes we can plug into our spots and the optimization is done automatically on their end (not ours).

I want ad revenue without any fuss, I don't care if I make less by not doing it myself.
