how exactly do i need to organize 2257 docs?
 

so im going to be shooting (gay horse porn if you want to know what niche) and of course will need to keep 2257 docs so before i get further with it wondering if anyone can tell me how exactly do i need to organize 2257 docs?

im currently getting a release , a photo & a copy of the id and a photo of the talent holding the id.

do i need anything else?
how do they need to be filed?
any particular details would be much appreciated!!!
