Best country to register an internet company in?
 

What are your folks opinions on what is the best country to register an internet company in? Talking about corporate and income taxation.

I personally thought of Cyprus or Liechtenstein.

Actually a really good idea to ask here first, I've wasted close to $100,000 on a lawyer who didn't know fuck all what he was doing, despite his good reputation. This simple question would have saved that. He setup my company in a country that doesn't allow adult, despite assuring me that it would be okay.

It worked for Paul Martin. He was even elected Prime Minister of Canada. I paid more taxes than that fuck did when he was "leader" of this country - and he owns a fucking shipping company.

It's cheap to setup a offshore-company. Look at the Seychelles: for example 790 ? to setup the company and 320 ? for corp-bankaccount....
