Screen size is the main limitation. Mine's big enough to always go for the full site if it's available but there are plenty of phones with a tiny screen that would be useless for that.

I really despise mobile devices, but does no-one think that SOMEONE is going to invent a foldable or slide-out screen sometime soon?

Hit a button on your phone and two equally sized screens slide out, giving you a nice widescreen display.

I absolutely hate it when I am forced to use a mobile page on my phone, a news site I visit frequently does this and it drives me fucking insane. Even on my tablet it forces the shitty mobile site with pixelated images. :mad:
