Does Hustler own Gloryhole Admissions?
 

Just curious because they made a huge issue out me using "Gloryhole Hustlers". They banked on the fact that I wouldn't throw a few hundred thousand to fight over a name so I gave it to them and now I see it redirects to Gloryhole Admissions.

i do not believe so. it appears to be a pimproll site.

After consulting with a few trademark attorneys I was advised to change the name rather than waste my money fighting it and now I find out that someone else is using that domain to get my scraps.

They didn't want me redirecting Gloryhole Hustlers to my new domain but they allow someone else to do it? Hustler is a real class act.

No response from Hustler on this one huh? Their lawyer Jonathan W. Brown and Jean-Marie Kesch really duped me on this one. If I had known they were going to be assholes about this I would have fought for the name and probably would have won. It's no wonder the vast majority of the population think people who produce porn are scum. Hustler is leading the pack.

I'm curious about how that's suppose to work. A surfer sees one of my videos that was watermarked with GloryholeHustlers.com and decides to check it out but they get redirected to Gloryhole Admissions.

Seems kind of like trying to sell someone a Fiat when they want to buy a Ferrari.

The domain is registered to Hustler. Whatever Hustler wants to do with their brand is really up to them.

The agreement was that they would kill the domain and not use it which is the right thing to do.

If Gloryhole Admissions needed my scraps then I could have worked out some 404 traffic for them.

Now I realize Hustler's motive was my traffic and not the name.

www.gloryholeadmissions.com is owned by PIMPROLL yes. We launched that site 2 or so years ago. Gloryhole Hustlers isn't owned by us.

Why does Gloryhole Hustlers redirect to Gloryhole Admissions? When I surrendered the domain, Hustler was redirecting it to Hustler.com which they said they would do.
