Have any of you guys moved into a mainstream one stop shop in your local area for design, seo and consulting?

Bump looking for those who have a legit mainstream "online marketing" company.

There are too many psychos here to discuss this in the open.

I don't want this discussed in the open. I was looking for ppl who are reliable and professional. I was hoping to exchange some e mails or ICQs.

I do some local marketing. So do a few friends. Can work good, but the trick is finding a small business owner that understands the value of that traffic and how to use that traffic. Small business owners are often stubborn and don't want to spend a lot of money on marketing.

Correct, but there are also plastic surgeons and attorney's who will pay good money to be on top.

Slowly moving over to mainstream and I must say I absolutely love it. People are much different and there is a lot more money to be made.

One friend i even set up with a bunch of domains like CityNameDentist.com that collects leads and he sells them off to local companies

BTW, just do some reverse engeneering on Mr. Pheer, he has a huge house and 3 cars, so its obviously the guy is cashing 30K per month with his DATING SCRIPTS and CAPTCHAS autocomplete tactics for e-whoring...

Agreed that they're stubborn and agreed that they don't wanna spend on marketing. That's because they rarely understand marketing to begin with. However, they're all prepared to spend money in order to make more money. You just gotta pitch them right.

I have a friend that has a web design "business." its really just him doing web designs when he gets home from work at night, but claims to do SEO, SEM, Social Media and a bunch of other stuff. I see him posting on FB and LinkedIn all the time about his "company" and how they excel at all areas. I know for a fact he knows shit about anything besides design.

WTF does that have to do with anything? because all these one stop shops are all the same. we constantly get emails from customers that are sent by these wanna-be companies saying they are the shit.

IMO, I wish there was some type of certification in order to do things online. To many idiots out there not doing a good job then when I finally talk to someone they say "yeah, I tried this before and I didn't work."
