Okay, so I ended up having Chinese tonight at my favorite local Mandarin joint (upscale):

Pupu Tray (lots of yummy stuff - almost a meal itself)
Imperial Soup
General Tso's Chicken
Manchurian Beef
Phoenix Seafood Delight (scallops, prawns, etc)
Fried Rice

When ordering at Chinese restaurants, I like to tell the waiter that I want chicken, and when he asks me what kind, I say in my best Star Trek Capt. Picard voice, "Make it Tso!"...let me tell you, the waiters just love me on busy nights! :)

You know how Chinese food always tastes better as leftovers the next day? So what you do is, order your food to-go, and then don't pick it up until the next day.

Note: I haven't actually tried this, but if someone did/does, please post the results. :thumbsup
