Considering it is supposed to be possible for billers to get updated expiration dates yet I see so many rebills fail for that very reason I would wager on him having to have updated his expiration date a few times.

Plus it is a site with two new exclusive scenes a week so its not like he is getting recycled content he has seen over and over.

Just kidding...

My oldest ongoing active rebill is from december 2010... and the guy still logs in weekly...
that means a happy customer and that means i`m happy too... i also have rebills that are running for more then a year where the last log in was more then a year ago... It makes me think: how many months back can a person do a chargeback? Can they chargeback a whole year?

I think its six months. Not certain though.

There is no doubt in my mind that people forget to cancel.

What's weird though is I get the occasional "what is this on my statement" and after I tell them I would expect them to try something like "I cancelled that three months ago, why isn't it, refund me!" That rarely happens. I just tell them what it is and they usually say "OK thanks, please cancel that."

Then there are those that forget they had it and go back to using it.

Some people must only glance over their statements once or twice a year.
