have nintendo ever sued a porn company for having a vid of a girl playing wii?

seen em a few times especially on sologirl sites where they are playing wii sports etc (And think probably seen things like it on youtube)

anyone know if nintendo ever sues them? or do they avoid that by not showing the wii / not calling it a wii etc

must be why the wii has almost outsold both the xbox and ps3 combined

The Wii has sold the most with 67.45 million units sold worldwide.
Second is the XBOX 360 with 39 million units sold worldwide.
Third, the PS3 with 33.5 million units sold worldwide.

Pretty sure Microsoft did create issues for some people about xbox controllers but not sure about if Nintendo did.
