Decent freelance site
 

What ever happened to Freelance sites where designers would make a draft of your work before you choose which designer you wanted to hire. Are there any of those sites left?

The only one I am currently aware of that still seems to be going is elance.com. Not sure if it is still owned by eBay or not, but it was originally.
