You sound very skilled and experience. Are you able to find content to upload if a site doesn't have any original content?

When you say manage blogs and forums you mean the administrative end correct? I need someone to create on blogs and forums. SEO stuff.

Not sure what you mean with finding content to upload. To take the videos that belong to others and upload them as they are yours? That would be illegal.
