but they accepted this company

do you know why?

1. How do you know this site has been through Paypal pre-approval ?

2. The site does not appear to be focussed on porn at all.

You should ask Paypal about their policies. As I recall:

* in US, they accept webshops selling adult DVDs
* in EU, they don't accept webshops selling adult DVDs, but some sextoys are OK

I don't think you can sell memberships though, if you want Paypal on your site.

It may not be compliant with Paypal policies, you could report it to [email protected] if you believe it to be violating.

on ebay you can pay for porn with paypal as long as you're buying a hard copy DVD and not a downloadable video

since the site is shipping DVDs I'd imagine they stay within paypal's AUP?

If you complaint to Paypal they will shut that guy down. Leave it alone.

TLAVideo isn't just 'a guy' they're a huge company, including JackRabbit Releasing and several other adult and none adult companies.

I'm pretty sure they have been seen by Paypal based on the volume of sales they push every day.

I think TLA have an contract with paypal.

Huge companies can do that
