[Help] Identify this music video (European)
 

it's like 10 yo or so

There's one older man ~40 yo (should be famous in Ge or some other country). Looks like it's a soundtrack for some movie. He is singing in English, but not fluent pronounciation. So he drives a car (cabriolet) and a bunch of ~20 yo guys and girls jump into the car and at the end of the video it's full with people. They drive over the streets and signing. Stuff like that.
