30,000 yen starting price for sushi, roughly 325$ usd.

Nope... wouldn't spend that much on a single meal.

Have been to a Sushi place in Tsukiji fish market that was awesome though. Didn't catch the name of it though.

I would hope you at least leave there full, in Japan the portions are small. I usually order a couple meals at some places.

No, but I have tried the Kobayashi Maru a few times. If its not on the menu at your favourite place I strongly suggest you order it.
