They should ban bikes!
For tourists....in Amsterdam :1orglaugh
Just walked back home, crossing a small bridge over the canal and these 4 American girls on rental bikes warned eachother about the bridge, like there was a huge obstacle ahead :1orglaugh http://niceforlater.com/wp-content/u...olofbakker.jpg Also these people have no clue how to cross the tram tracks on a bike...it's crazy how many of them get stuck and fall on their face :1orglaugh http://www.tundria.com/trams/NLD/Pho...dam-Line24.jpg |

I remember first time I pulled up outside my hotel in Amsterdam.
Taxi stopped, Swung my door open, and nearly knocked some poor guy off his bike :1orglaugh. Lesson learned straight away, watch out for the bikes! What is the cost of living like? For housing and utilities etc? I remember food was pretty cheap but beer was expensive. |
