The better question is why are you using a windows VPS?

What are the minimum system requirements of the software?
Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7

It would need a Windows VPS if it can run on a VPS.

That is just dumb. Assuming the majority of tube sites don't support url based uploading that would mean that you would absolutely need a VPS/Dedicated machine to upload the content. A server side application would have been a better approach imho

My question was related to a specific application, the issue for me is to find out if I can use it on a VPS with cheap and fast bandwidth instead of PC with a limited bandwidth.
