It's worth very little, the name has no redeeming qualities to it, if anything it's offensive to blacks, one step down from the N word. I don't see the domain being worth much if anything at all $100-300 is where i would value it as and I'm being generous at this point. I don't feel it is an awful domain i just doubt anyone would type in those two words to ever find it.I see it as a brand able and only good if you have blondetube brunettetube and asiantube to go with it if the keywords were so desired they would be bought both ways so tubenegro.com wouldn't be available.
If keywords were really sorted then hyphens would also be taken tube-negro.com negro-tube.com but if you going to market a brand able you need to sew up the rest of the market at same time before prices can be raised.

One thing I've learned with my domain addiction is a domain is worth what someone will pay. Chinese names have been selling for huge money, to everyone here myself included what looks like a random string of letters sells for nice 5 figures.
