I assume this is Wordpress?

The only thing we use is Akismet and auto block comments that have spam signals (multiple url's, common stuff like viagara, etc). And we manually review any comments from unknown users. Ours looks like this:

Ya wp. I use spam karma but some build up.
This was a popular domain with a SMALL blog on it that I have not looked at in a year I guess ;-0
