kids will pick shit up off the floor and eat it....under two years old i guess will anyway.

In the kids play area, you watch them, but dont need to stare at them intently because they are enclosed in a supposed safe area. Best to not take your kids to Mcdonalds, but i understand her reasoning. Watching two kids at the same time at that age is a very very hard job. Mcdonalds playground is like a break for her, she can relax and just sit while they play.
I refuse to go there it is better to go to the pay to play ones, because then you can interact with your kids, and you are forced to watch them more closely.

In a former legal lifetime, I spent ten years working for an insurance company, representing its insureds. Getting summary judgment for our corporate clients on debris, foreign matter and liquids on the floor was almost routine. Very tough for a plaintiff to win these cases in Illinois.

The question that I ask is why the hell didn't she pay attention to her son ?? When my children were 2 years old, I didn't just throw them into the play area and ignore them and it says the condom was on the "play area floor", so if she walked her kids into the area and took of his shoes, wouldn't she have noticed it ??? Idiots like that just drive me crazy.
