I wish I had no siblings.

Only child reporting. My mom even asked me growing up if i wanted siblings, the answer was always no. No regrets whatsoever. Best birthdays and Holidays being the only child and only grandchild at the time.

Having a brother and sister is nice. I'm lucky

My wife is the only child and she's fine with it.

When we had our 1st child.. it was a task talking her into making a sibling for our daughter.

Watching the two kids interact.. this is cool!

Two older sisters, and 3 step brothers and 2 step sisters... I'm happy I have siblings...

I have a brother and a sister both older. Growing up it was nice having them. Since we've grown up, we don't talk much. Sister has been pretty much disowned, talk to brother once every couple months. It would probably be different if we were close though.

Im really worried about this i was an only child and loved it.
i'm worried having more than 1 kid the first one does not feel as loved i really don't want another one but its not like i have a choice now, i will find out in 3 months time what the first one thinks.

I think you need to grow up with the opposite sex. if youre a male, a sister. if youre a female, a brother. but once you hit 20 they become nothing but baggage

Grew up with 2 brothers and a sister, was always closest to my sister - overall there being 4 of us, in hindsight at least, was good in making us a little independent as opposed to any of us being spoiled.

Now have 3 by my first wife and 2 by my second, been kinda expensive, and it doesn't get cheaper (necessarily) even when I thought the older ones would
- but I would not change any of it, although the younger ones are harder physically 2nd time around, but easier mentally as there's nothing left to shock you and your are,
or should be, better placed to help/advise them; particularly into their early teens.

Just feel a bit sad their going to have to pay for all the Govt/banks etc irresponsibilities.

How about people who had two siblings.

And now are the only child.

No siblings here, also moved away from family as a child... I gotta say it sucks.
