Why the fuck...
...is letting old, shitty, useless domain names expire so fucking hard?

Luckily I missed my worst one ever (my first) from being saved today, so that is one thing I have got off my back. Never be a sentimental domain owner. :thumbsup |

But like Gambling - "If I just keep going, I will get my money back". My new mindset is: Don't repay the renewal fee = goodbye from me. If it does, I'll definately keep it, and by that I mean zero work and it makes enough back. |
Eternal optimism.

I have a problem with it, but I'm finally down to 250 from about 2,000... never easy getting rid of them

become attached and ya don't wanna wake up and see someone snatched it up and sold it for 20k :2 cents:

Because someone else will take it no matter how shitty it is and then you wonder why they did and then you second guess yourself wondering if it had any value.
|
Because if you let it expire the registrar, and sometimes the domainers park it and you will never see it available again. I had this happen with domains that had absolutely nothing to do with anything except my own plans on what to do with it.
