Interesting lot here The first two Danie Cox and Michael Treachy are almost certainly nominee directors, in other words they dont do shit except lend their names as company directors, between them they sit on the boards of over 1000 companies.

Andreas Andreou is a different story though not only is he listed as a managing director of Manwin holding company, he is also on the board of Manwin Billing, Manwin Content RK, Manwin Content DP, Mirmay and Super Hippo Studios. He is from Cyprus. If you look at Fabian he is also listed on all thes companies as re the other people who are really associated with manwin like Phillipe Cote. and those companies are JUST the ones in Dublin Ireland.

Now as I try to piece things together I see a possible scenario here:

Company Sets up Secretarial Services Limited

Anne O?Neill & Sandra O?Neill setup Manwin ireland Holding Company on Feb 6th 2012 and held it until April 27, 2012. They then get replaced by William Michael Mcgreal, Michael Treacy, and the company secretarial services get moved to Lansdowne Secretaries Limited.

Those two directors were only on for a short time as well (6 months or ).

During that time, a guy named Daniel Cox was a director and then was removed 11 days later, and Jasper Coyle took the spot for 6 days (apparently he runs a Corporate Governance Services company). This happened about the same time that Fabian was put in as a director.

Andreas Andreou was added in July.

McGreal was replaced by John O?Shea There always seems to be one active Irish person in the company. This is probably some sort of Irish legal requirement.

In Decenber, Fabian gets the boot on all companies on the day of his arrest (at least according to company records), but his replacement (Philippe Poire Cote) isn?t appointed until January, Not sure why?maybe to get through a tax year or a quarter or something.

Enter Andreas Alkiviade Andreou, BA (Hons), CAT, ACCA. His connection directly here is Webexpansion, which has ties to Playboy branded stuff. He graduated from university in London and has worked as a financial auditor. He?s also original from Cyprus (greek side) and for Joannides & Co Ltd, who?s address of :

Seems to line up very nicely with any number of porn related shell companies in the world. I?d say it is probable that he was working for the corporate services company and did such a nice job with Manwin that they ?bought? him in 2009.

So the results appear to be this:

John O?shea is another Irish local and is general corporate director. He probably doesm?t have an office in the Manwin offices, assuming they even have one. He?s been involved in a number of companies, He is probably related to the Lansdowne Secretaries Limited ? perhaps being their current rep for the Irish company.

Andreas Andreou is the accountant and money managing guy, I would say he is likely the one setting up all the corporate structures and moving the money around. He?s sort of key under the current circumstances, because his connections to Cyprus suggest that Manwin may have a whole bunch of exposure. He is the ?brains? of the whole operation when it comes to structuring the various companies and shells, it would seem. He appears to be the actual boss of the operations in Ireland. This guy probably knows where the bodies are.

Phillipe Poire Cote appears to be working out of the Manwin Montreal offices. Even money gets you that this guy is very close to the original Mansef owners, who are still in my mind the real owners and operators of this whole enterprise.

What?s key here I think is that Manwin Ireland is being directed by Andreas who isn?t in the porn business as much as in the moving money around buisness. He?s very young (only 30) and from the webexpansion facebook page, appears to be living the life of any number porn scumbags before him, Like Chris Mallick and Bob Rice

This seems to have a pretty good ring of truth to it, maybe some of you guys can help fill in details. Whats clear to me here is that there is a lot of money in play, 360 million dollars in loans from Colbeck Capital, loans that had to be secured with something more than just the companies ownership. And Maniwin is going to great lengths to hide this money, redirect money and other such activities. They are going to great lengths to make it difficult, if not impossible to track.

I believe Manwin secured those loans with cash, that?s the only thing that really makes any sense, so the question becomes where did that cash come from? and why borrow it if you already have the money? One obvious answer is you can?t disclose that money you need to keep it hidden so you borrow against it and pay it back, thus ?washing? the money through a wall street investment firm and dirty money becomes clean money. Thats just my theory right now, but I have a feeling that a lot more is coming down the pike, I can?t be the only one who has caught the scent.

It will be interesting to see what happens to Manwin in the next 3 - 24 months. If they make it that long. If a different government agency decided to start investigating after Fabian's arrest then usually it takes about six months minimum for them to strike. In the investigation phase there is usually only silence as the government doesn't want you to know they are watching you or that they are ready to take you down. Then invariably they suddenly jump out with a case against you and strike swiftly. Generally the bigger the case the larger the delay as when they strike they want to make sure they got you for good.

Yes I am well aware that nominee directors are the norm when doing business this way, but the question is why do business this way? Then throw in Andreas and 360 M in loans from wall street.....ya something is really dirty somewhere
