You can have up to 3 links in your post. Your linking text can change per post (better for SEO anyway). You will receive 150 to 300 words of text and a high quality picture. If you prefer you can submit your own post to me for a discounted price. However, it must conform to certain standards. It must have decent quality writing at a bare minimum.
Blog posts are permanent.
