it doesn't matter if we stuff their faces with cash and park lambos next to their camels or drone the shit out of them, it's all bad news bears. why bother. let others do their thing, if they have a hurricane or something wipe their shit out and they ask for/need help, then by all means give it to them. otherwise, it always will have strings attached/be politicized.
