Funny Paxum

I pay an annual fee of $ 44.95 for my prepaid Paxum credit card.

On 22 April, I got a messages from Paxum that my renewed credit card was on its way.

However, 5 weeks later, I still haven't received it.

This was Paxum's answer after I complained about it:

"Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the post office and, since your card has been shipped on 2013-04-22, we can assume it has been lost. In this situation, we can issue a replacement Paxum MasterCard for a $7 fee."

So Paxum fucks up and they expect me to pay an extra 7 dollars????

evil0x 05-27-2013 05:05 AM

I guess the new shipment costs 7$...
Why would they pay for somebody else's fuck up ?

I know it's bad when happen, but they really don't have. You can pay for express shipping service i think, than you are safe of lost...

bluebook18 05-27-2013 05:25 AM

I would rather stick to "express shipping" to avoid headaches

Sid70 05-27-2013 05:39 AM

Express expedited shipping should be the only FREE option since you give them you cock size and retina scan.

nikki99 05-27-2013 05:55 AM

Because every year I pay Paxum 45 dollars for this credit card. And it's Paxum's responsibility that this card properly gets delivered at my address, not mine.

Why the fuck should HE pay for someone else's fuck up? He already paid them $44.95.

AFAIK Payoneer set up fee is zero, and their charge to send a replacement card is also zero. I guess they're using cheaper plastic or something. Or maybe they just save money not having to process your name, address, passport, utility bill, photo of you holding your passport, urine sample and DNA before setting up your account.

Serious question: is there any way you Paxum shills don't love to be fucked up the ass? No matter what the the complaint is, and they are frequent, a bunch of morons is always guaranteed to be in the thread licking their balls.

I'd pay 100 a year for the service. Glad I don't have to.

I have this happen from time to time with my affiliates. If the mail system is at fault, we eat the bank fees we have to pay in order to cancel the check, then reissue. Not the affiliates fault.

Many businesses would eat that fee and chalk it up as a cost of doing business. In the example above, not the customer's fault.

Obviously!

LouiseLloyd 05-27-2013 11:01 AM

I order from any reputable company and they fail to deliver the goods they send another at no extra cost, in fact most don't even charge to deliver in the first place.

So.. your card gets lost in the mail and its Paxum's fault? You sound like the idiots who used to give me negative feedback on eBay because their order was received late due to the post office.

I won't stand up for Paxum, because I got sick of it and stopped using it, not to mention the amount of threads related to Paxum issues is getting out of hand.

However, in all honesty, if I have to get a financial product, I'll pay for express door to door shipping, no matter what.

Also, coming from a financial background with a very customer oriented approach, I'd replace it free of charge since it's in my best interest for you to use it, but well.... they're just a porn board group, so no much experience in the business, let alone customer service :2 cents:
