Is this how it should look like? tnx

It should look like: hello-world-i-am-new-to-this-place

i also have seo ultimate installed.. is this why too?

Maybe, try make a new post and see if the same thing happend.

If it continues is your plugin, if you want have your title post in your permalinks you have to set it on Settings -> Permalinks Custom structure http://yourdomain.com/%postname%/

%postname% is the tag for this purpose.

It's a feature of SEO Ultimate which removes non significant (SEO wise) keywords from your URLs. You can turn it off with the Slug Optimizer option in the plugin settings.
