Podcasters how to rss/itunes/wp your episodes?

i got an ftp dump of around 80 podcast episodes all in mp3, how do i publish em in itunes rss etc... or is there a fiver gig or wp theme to do this forme

I think you can use iTunes and Feed Flipper.
