Who could make decent galleries on WordPress
 

I could use someone to make me galleries on my blogs...

Just take the content, and make a gallery....thumbs centered.....banner added...(I add the links)

How much?.....show me samples!

Globo, take a closer look at the "add media" tab in Wordpress.

Gallery creation is built-in to the script.
Upload pics --> Create gallery.

Nothing to it.

Yeah just create the gallery in WP then grab a plugin to manage your banners before and after your post...easy peasy...and free. Or are you wanting like a FHG template that your uploaded pics will be placed into? That might require little more work.

This a freehosted blog, and I do not believe there is any plugins used.....but I can't get to make those..

The best plugin for making WordPress galleries. I use it on a few of my sites. Its responsive, easy to add images and plenty of cool features.

The link you included above is just a simple WordPress gallery setup. You just need to make sure you have the right thumbnail size set in your media settings. You will also need to stop WP from adding their CSS and include your own. Article below is a good start on how to do it.
