Who is this Dave character from chica4cash.com and is he legit?

Yeah he's legit and a great guy. Smart too. He was at the Phoenix Forum a few months ago with Chica. There's gotta be a few pics of him... bigger guy, bald, prob. close to 40... just like 1/2 the guys in this biz lol.
